STAFFING AND SECONDMENT

Impact-HR does what it does best: staffing, recruiting & selecting competent personnel and helping to solve your personnel and production issues. Of course, the financial side has to be taken care of as well. This is a specialized and time-consuming matter, in part due to ever-changing laws and regulations. Impact-HR chose to gladly leave this back-office expertise, the complete payroll and billing, to a reputable agency. We work closely with them because they are even better informed about all relevant collective bargaining agreements and current laws and regulations surrounding the financial settlement of employment contracts.
